How Outings Work

The client's scheduled service hours cover the caregiver's time and support during the outing. All outings must be pre-approved. Travel fees apply only to client-related trips based on distance traveled.

Caregiver Admission Fees

When a paid activity requires the caregiver to enter to safely accompany and support the client, the caregiver's required admission or participation fee may be the responsibility of the client. This will be discussed in advance whenever possible.

Caregiver Meals & Optional Expenses

Caregiver meals, beverages, souvenirs, personal purchases, and optional expenses are not automatically included. If a client would like the caregiver to participate in a paid meal or activity, this must be approved in advance. Any approved expenses may be reimbursed by the client or included on the invoice when applicable.

SeniorSitters may assist with non-medical grooming activities such as hair brushing, simple hair styling, outfit selection, appearance preparation, and basic nail maintenance support. Professional cosmetology, barber services, medical foot care, and hands-on personal care services are not provided.
