Responsibilities
- Provide friendly conversation and meaningful companionship
- Support daily routines and personal organization (non-medical assistance only)
- Perform housekeeping such as tidying, dishes, and general upkeep
- Prepare simple meals and assist with hydration and reminder support
- Accompany clients on outings, errands, and appointments
- Provide brief visit updates to families when requested
Pay & Compensation
SeniorSitters offers consistent, dependable pay for meaningful work supporting clients in their daily lives.
- Starting pay: $17/hour
- Reliable weekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement for approved client-related travel
- Caregivers may use their own vehicle for approved errands
- With client approval, caregivers may drive the client’s vehicle for outings and appointments
- Paid time for outings and appointments
Travel outside of approved client-related trips is not reimbursed. All travel must be related to client care and follow company guidelines
Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week
- Currently hiring for part-time positions (up to 40 hours per week)
- Part-time roles with opportunities for consistent weekly hours
- Ability to select preferred days and time windows
- Additional shifts may become available based on client demand
- Consistent client assignments whenever possible to help build meaningful relationships
- Opportunities for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
